4Good product but quality of fit needs some improvement
By Kendall
I recently purchased the trail width doors for my 50" rzr 570. I love the quality of materials they are made of and the instructions are better than some instructions I have seen with other parts for my rzr. That being said the instructions still are not great. I ended up with a hand full of washers and odd bits after getting everything installed. I dont know if they are extra or if I should have put them on somewhere. The other complaint I have is the fit of the doors requires a lot of trial and error. Part of this is due to the instructions part of it is due to the way the doors are fabricated. The instructions say you may have to bend or "adjust" some of the mounting points/hardware for the door latches. This is an understatement! I had to bend the tab the slam latch pin goes thru with a crecent wrench to get it to line up properly. Once I had it so the door would shut I had to pull the doors out so there was enough room to push the door release and align everything. T his would be a 5 star review if they had better quality control during fabrication and better instructions so you needed less time and sweat to tweak the installation. Other than that a great product if you have the patience to install them.

PS After getting them installed I am glad I got the trail width doors instead of the wide doors for my 50" rzr!
