War hammer 40k miniatures were coated with this at room temperature with near 0% humidity. It did its job well enough is all i can say.

Great Paint for Getting a Job Done!

This spray paint acted as a very strong primer, and took less coats that I had expected to cover a black plastic object. It bonds well to most materials, and lasts quite a long while!

OK I think this is one item I should have bought locally. Turned out that one can had a fault nozzle so that one was wasted and I wasnt of a mind to hassle with it.
