5My Favorite Color
By Spudman
This is my favorite color in paint and clothing. One caution is to never paint a sailor this color or he'll feel MAROONed.

Althought this paint is not intented for plastic, I used it on a previously painted plastic lawn chair which had lots of areas where the paint had chipped off I cleaned the chair well and sanded some of the smooth areas or areas with loose paint. It's best to use several light coats than one heavy coat on a project. I always have problems finding that perfect distance. Too close and you get puddling. Too far and you get a coarser finish.

My chair turned out nicely though afterwards I noticed a spot I had either missed or lost paint afterwards. Today I touched it up and hope the fix holds.

This Krylon dual is a nice product and I like the adjustable spray tip that can be turned 360 degrees. The tip feature is handy when spraying items with difficult or irregular shapes.

For plastic items Krylon recommends us ing its Fusion spray paint. For me it didn't hold up that well on this same plastic chair or our rain barrels. On the hard plastic bodies of my Potato Heads I use regular spray paint with good results.

Krylon Dual comes in many stylish colors, so many that it may not be easy to pick one.

UPDATE - I emptied my last can while painting a rocking chair. Ace was out of Dual so I bought the regular Krylon paint in the same color. The Dual covers much better than the standard Krylon.

5Excellent Product
By David Todeschini
I bought this paint to "touch up" the hood cowl on my 97 Jeep Wrangler TJ "until I could get it painted by a pro". I was not expecting the fantastic results I got. First, this black is a perfect match for the paint on my Jeep. Some may argue that "black is black", but nothing could be further from the truth. "Touch-ups" by the previous owner could be seen easily (obviously, he was not using this paint). When dry, this paint (which is paint AND primer) compounded out very nicely, and a subsequent coat yielded a finish indistinguishable from the factory paint. I am contemplating taking the Jeep indoors, stripping all the trim off it, and save $600 by painting the entire vehicle myself with these spray cans. The finish, when dry after a week and left in the sun to "bake", took car wax very well also. Perhaps just a coincidence, but even when "feathered" into the original paint, this black PERFECTLY matches the "stock" black on my 97 Wrangler TJ. Best paint I ever used. I wil l publish photos and Jeep service manuals (PDF) by the end of November 2012 on [...]

4Good Paint just don't know why hard to find.
By Larry K DeBlieux
I like this paint as it covers good but it is hard to find in stores for some reason unless they just sell out of this color easier.
